A year of H E L L O
2014 will always be a year to remember, just like 2013,
2012, and so on so on. Although, for the past two years I have had lots of—g o
o d b y e s. Now saying goodbye isn’t always a bad thing. It wasn’t the best
when I said goodbye to friends, family members as some got married or traveled
etc. Goodbyes are meant for us to grow, change, learn, and become who we were
meant to be.
This year is going to be full of hellos. All of my friends
who are serving LDS missions will be returning. I’m saying hello to the new
experiences that this year has to offer. Do I know what they will be—not
exactly. For those who know me know that I don’t accept change very well. This
year I am going to say H E L L O to change and the adventures that awake for me.
The people that will come into my life and everything else that The Lord has in
store for me.
With all that being said…I want to make sure I say hello to and
realize all that I have this year. I see so many in today’s society wanting
bigger and newer things. Instead I want to make sure that I fully try and
recognize all that I have been given and because I have been given much I too
must give. So far 2015 has treated me
fairly well. So here is to the next semester of school and the adventures that that are waiting for me :)
